“F45” says it all. The “F” stands for functional training that is a mix of circuit and HIIT-style workouts. The “45” is the number of minutes it takes for each workout, which is designed to improve energy levels, metabolic rate, strength and endurance. Cardio- and resistance-specific classes are available, or members can choose from hybrid classes that combine both.
